What is Pre-Order?
Part of the ever growing popularity with JH Design Jackets and Motorsports Authentics Jackets is their dedication to staying on the cutting edge of the industry. With this they are continually coming out with new styles and often times only running limited quantities for even their most popular styles. This keeps demand high and over saturation of any particular jacket in the market low.
So what is pre-order then... When Character Racing Jackets hears word that a new style is on the about to release we add it to our store allowing people to place a order prior to the official release. Some jackets sell out in a matter of days so this allows us to better insure you get the jacket you are wanting as soon as possible. The other reason is when an item runs out in all sizes we place it on the pre-order list until the manufacture releases another run or lets us know it will not be made anymore.
How does it work... If you order an item that is on pre-order, we typically process that order within a few hours and begin the process to find when the jacket will be released. Once the manufacture releases this information we work very hard to give you an approximate date the jacket will ship. These jacket ship direct without coming to us first to shorten the time you have to wait for your new jacket. Money is collected from you at the time of sell just like an in stock jacket order but the order can be canceled at any time by contacting us.
We believe in protecting you the customer here at Character Racing Jackets! Because of this our store is set up with safety features such as not keeping your credit card information. Some people offer not to charge you until the item ships but in order to do this they collect you card information and run it at a later date. We prefer this method and feel it is much safer for you. If a pre-order jacket order is canceled prior to it being shipped out to you the customer we will gladly refund your card in full.
